Many graduate students enroll in PhD not knowing why, therefore they suffer a lot when they are faced with challenges they never expect. on Sep 9th<\/sup> 2020, Dr. Tamer Elsayed<\/a> has given a workshop titled \u201cWhat it means to be a PhD Student\u201d as the first in the \u201cLife after Graduation\u201d series organized by\u00a0College of Islamic Studies at Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU)<\/a>. In the workshop, Dr. Tamer gave some quick advice to help existing, new, and prospective students set their \u201cmindset\u201d in their long, serious, and very important journey.<\/p>\n He clarified some important issues that should be considered early on in the path towards a \u201cvaluable\u201d degree. The workshop discussed what \u201cmentality\u201d the PhD students should have (especially in the Arab world) and answered several questions that should concern them.
