It is a medium density neighborhood serving the cultural identity of the Qatari community but including diverse backgrounds of the community. The neighborhood program focuses on providing maximum services answering for different community users by providing several communal buildings, mixed used buildings, several typologies of residential units, and the most important is answering their daily essential needs. Also, integrating communal gardens is an important element to facilitate neighbors\u2019 relationships, which at the end allows diversity, unity and sense of community.
