To build momentum for space syntax research in the region, the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, College of Engineering at Qatar University instituted the new MENA Space Syntax Webinars<\/strong> series in August 2021. The 45-60-minute webinars occurred the second Wednesday of every month during the semester using QU’s WebEx virtual platform beginning at 4:00 pm Arabian Standard Time (AST), 2:00 pm Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), or 1:00 pm GMT during UK Daylights Saving Time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everyone anywhere in the world is welcome to participate in the webinars. Guest speakers will present space syntax research focusing on the MENA Region. If you are a space syntax researcher or practitioner in the MENA Region and would like to be MENA Space Syntax Webinars<\/strong> Guest Speaker, contact Dr. Mark David Major at m.major@qu.edu.qa<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
