MASTER PLANS

  • TRANSPORTATION

-Dubai Metro:

The metro project was being handled by three Japanese corporations, it was planned to be done by the year 2009 but was fully constructed by the year 2012. It basically consists of two main lines. One starts from the Rashidiya and goes all the way to the city Centre which is the red line. And one starts off from Dubai’s new Airport and ends up at Jebel Ali which is the green line. Metro stations and crossings will be visible as you go around Dubai City. The metro is made up of 43 stations and both of its lines are 70km long. The government by this project is trying to decrease the traffic jam so to support it other projects are being held.
