1- Al Sahan City
The project is identified as one of the best conceptual master plan proposals for Doha Airport City-Qatar. Taking its inspiration from the traditional ‘sahan’, or the Arabic courtyard house, Al Sahan City possesses an identity and role that is unique from other megaprojects in Qatar. Located south of Doha on the 1400-ha current airport site (to be decommissioned by 2012).

2- Airport City for Hia Airport in Doha(OMA)
OMA has been announced as masterplanners for Airport City, a new 10km2 development where 200,000 people will live and work, linking the new Hamad International Airport with the city of Doha, Qatar. OMA’s masterplan is a series of four circular districts along a spine parallel to the HIA runways, intended to create a strong visual identity and districts with unique identities.

As part of the master plan for Lusail Entertainment City, Vertex designed a large water park to attract locals and tourists to this new destination.
