The Wave Master Plan
The Wave, Muscat development is located approximately twenty (20) km’s West of Muscat City and occupies an area of existing and reclaimed land with approximately six (6) km’s of natural coastline fronting onto the Sea of Oman. It is ear-marked to become the “new Heart of Muscat” and capture the spirit of Oman and the imagination of the region.
