The Figure above shows the solenoid valve connected to the water tank with an appropriate nozzle connected to it, so it can be easily mounted above the conveyer belt on a mounting bracket. The valve is connected to the PLC, which will control whether the valve opens or closes according to the pre-defined PLC configurations. When the valve is open, the pressure in the tank will push water outside of it. The water level in the tank will be close to maximum capacity, to ensure high pressure which correlates to high water flow to the bottles. Additionally, the pressure variation will be kept minimal by using the water pump to keep the water level in the tank at a consistent level.
