Due to an increase in the demand around the world to use EVs, the Qatari government set a target to accomplish 400 EVs charging stations around the country by 2022 [1]. This means the number of EVs is expected to increase also at Qatar University (QU) campus, which is one of the largest institutions in Qatar, accommodating thousands of vehicles daily. Therefore, an EVs charging infrastructure must be designed for QU to accommodate the future needs of employees, students, and visitors without jeopardizing the grid performance and quality.
